Pet Policy:

The Inn at Manzanita welcomes your well behaved and non-aggressive pets.  The Explorer, Woodsman, Starseeker, Westerner and Penthouse Suite are pet-free rooms.  All of our other rooms are pet friendly. 

• We ask that you do not leave pets unattended in the room or automobile.
• We limit pets to 2 per room. Always accompany your pet and have it on a leash when outside. 
• Pets are not allowed in the Garden Areas, with exception of authorized service animals.  
• Please use trash receptacles on the public beach for pet waste.  
• There is a $30 per pet and per night cleaning fee.
• Guests are responsible for any damage to the rooms. Your credit card will be charged after check out for cost of repairs or carpet cleaning; an invoice will be provided and mailed to you.

Cancellation Policy:

7 days or less are considered short notice cancellations.  This will result in a one-night room charge for a one night reservation, or 50% of your total stay for two nights or more.
